During DAY 1 OF the opening we:
- Remove, rinse, fold, and store cover at the customers property
- Hose deck to remove dirt and debris
- Drain and fold water bags (if applicable)
- Remove winter plugs and store with the cover
- Brush the pool floor and walls
- Net the surface ( if needed )
- Vacuum to waste with our system if we can at least see the shallow floor. If we cannot see the floor, we will not vacuum to waste but do the rest of the procedures.
- Install return jets, skimmer baskets, handrails and ladders ( if applicable )
- Start up pool equipment
- Check heater
- Check pool lights
- Test pool chemicals* and shock pool (up to 10 lbs)
- Check for visible leaks.
- If the pool is not ready for swimming after day 1, we can do a complimentary visit.
If a day 2 is needed, we will:
- Vacuum to waste
- Net
- Brush
- Clean your filter ( sand or cartridge )
- Clean skimmer baskets
- Adjust chemicals
- Inspect equipment
If any extra visits are needed to get your pool ready for swimming, there will be an extra fee of $95 for the services done on day 2 or $75 for clarity check and which include cleaning of the filter and skimmer baskets, and adjusting chemicals.
